This month has been a busy one for our events team, with 3 separate European shows in the space of two weeks they have certainly been kept on their toes, yet we are pleased to report that all client exhibitions were delivered and assembled on time and to our high-quality standards. At Staunton Rook we take care of everything from booking stand space and designing how the stand will look, taking into consideration the key messages that will speak to the clients target audience, as well as the flow and workability of the stand. Tangible, hands on demos are always a huge hit at exhibitions and we maximised on this for this particular client. In addition to the stand design we take care of sourcing and producing all the equipment and graphics needed to create a sleek yet cost effective stand solution. We transport all equipment using our own dedicated fleet of exhibition vehicles – no third-party hauliers here – we want to ensure with certainty that everything arrives where it needs to be, on time and in pristine condition. From this point the build commences, having already completed a pre- install in our exhibition storage unit we mitigate any surprises from a build perspective ensuring a smooth, coordinated build so all that the client needs to do is turn up on the first day of the exhibition, ready to showcase what they can do.
