Please note the packages offered are optional and operate on a rolling 12 monthly basis. Within the 12 month period allocated hours for updates can be rolled over but should be utilised within each 6 monthly period – if you choose not to select a support package we will be happy to provide assistance and updates on an adhoc basis at an hourly rate of £90 + vat.

*Adhoc support time allows us to troubleshoot any technical issues, any additional time required to rectify any issues will be quoted separately.
