Packages are optional and run on a rolling 12-month basis. Hours allocated for updates can be rolled over within the 12 months but should be used within each six-month period. Without a package, we’re happy to help on an ad hoc basis at £90 + VAT per hour. *Ad hoc support time lets us troubleshoot technical issues; any additional time needed to fix them is quoted separately.

Yes. The Middle Game includes one hour of bespoke updates each month, and The Grandmaster includes two hours. Extra changes can be quoted or covered by ad hoc support time.

In many cases, yes. We review the site first so we can explain what support it needs and how we would look after it.
