LB Online Fitness approached us looking to establish their presence online. As a new start up they had a name and were looking for support and direction with the rest. Following an initial consultation meeting where we discussed their goals and expectations it was agreed that the Online Marketing Package was the right fit for their requirements although they also wanted some additional elements in terms of offline collateral and so the package was adapted slightly to cater to their needs.
The aim of the marketing project was to create a strong brand presence for LB Online Fitness that reflected the ethos of the company, they wanted to appear strong and vibrant yet approachable. Following the creation of the brand they required a website that would engage with their target clients, act as a platform for their existing clients and integrate with their personal training software. I addition they wanted to be able to sell merchandise and e- books via the website to help to support their subscribers.
The first step was to focus on the branding, multiple logo options were created and presented, the decision was difficult as we created some very strong contenders however in the end the use of L B to create a heart was the winner and the logo was developed to create a logo that also encompassed a strong device that could be utilised alone for social icons yet still provide clear brand association.
Next came the website, as always we focused on designing a strong home page and working with our client to ensure that they were happy with all the design elements and the look and feel of the website before moving to build. The end users for this client are always on the go and so it was crucially important that the website performed on tablet and mobile devices first before a desktop.
In addition to the online elements when creating the website we were also requested to design and create flyers that would be used for a promotional gift incentive that the client was partaking in. We designed downloadable pdfs to use as lead magnets in online Facebook paid advertising campaigns to help create awareness and buy in from the audiences we targeted to the offering. We also made use of automated funnel marketing to help streamline the process for LB Online Fitness allowing them to drip feed taster elements to their prospects allowing them to familiarise themselves and gain trust in the brand as part of the journey. During the term of the contract we provided consultancy support on an ongoing basis to assist in driving the business forwards.
