Shell schemes, pop-up fabric displays, large format print, custom builds, octonorm systems with graphic panels – we cover the full range, and we deliver to exhibitions and trade shows right across the UK.
A lot of agencies will design your exhibition graphics and then hand you off to a printer. We don’t work that way. Our team handles both sides, which means the design is always built with production in mind – the right file formats, the right colour profiles, the right specifications for whatever system you’re using. No back-and-forth, no surprises when the print comes back.

Shell Scheme Graphics
Shell scheme stands are the standard format at most UK trade shows, and the graphics are everything. We design and produce shell scheme panels that fill the space properly, carry your branding with confidence, and work hard even in a crowded hall.
Fabric Displays
Lightweight, fast to set up, and visually striking – fabric pop-up displays are one of the most versatile options available. We design and produce dye-sublimation fabric graphics that travel well and look sharp under exhibition lighting.
Octonorm Systems and Graphic Panels
Octonorm is the modular system of choice for larger, more complex exhibition builds. We design and produce graphic panels built specifically for octonorm structures – precise dimensions, clean joins, and consistent branding across every panel.

What Makes Exhibition Graphics Work
There are a few principles we apply to every exhibition graphics project, regardless of scale:
No copy below knee height. Most visitors will never crouch down to read it, so anything in that zone is wasted space. Your key message needs to hit at eye level and above.
Instant readability. At a busy exhibition, you have a few seconds to stop someone in their tracks. Graphics need to communicate clearly at a distance – not reward people who stop to read the small print.
Consistent branding. If you have multiple panels, banner stands, or display elements, they need to work together as a system. We design everything as a cohesive set, not a collection of individual pieces.
Content that works without a presenter. Your stand won’t always have someone free to engage visitors. Well-designed graphics should be able to hold a visitor’s attention and communicate your offer on their own.
To do this we have dedicated points of contact and a close knit account management team to ensure that a client always has a single, consistent point of contact to take care of their needs and the management of their web design project.
Artwork and File Preparation
If you already have brand assets, great – send them over and we’ll work from what you have. If you need us to build everything from scratch, we can do that too. We’ll provide proofs before anything goes to print, and we’re happy to make revisions until you’re satisfied.
We accept artwork in all standard formats and can work with most brand guidelines documents. If you’re unsure whether your existing files are print-ready, just ask – we’ll check them and let you know exactly what we need.

Yes. We manage the entire process in-house, from initial concept and design through to print production and finishing. This means your graphics are designed with production in mind from the start, and there's no risk of files being lost in translation between a designer and a separate print supplier.
We accept all standard formats including AI, EPS, PDF, and high-resolution PNG or JPEG files. If you have a brand guidelines document, send that across too. If you're not sure whether your existing files are print-ready, we'll check them for you and advise on anything we need.
We produce large format print for exhibition stands of any scale, from individual banner stands through to full-wall displays and vehicle wraps. If you have a specific size requirement, get in touch and we'll confirm what's achievable.
Absolutely. If you're starting from scratch or need a full rebrand for your exhibition presence, our design team can build everything from the ground up. We'll work from a brief and provide proofs at each stage before anything goes to print.
Yes. We design, produce, and fit vehicle graphics for vans, lorries, trailers, and fully custom promotional vehicles. We also handle interior fit-out graphics for promotional units, so the branding is consistent inside and out.
As a general rule, the more lead time you can give us the better, particularly for large or complex projects. For standard shell scheme panels and banner stands, a minimum of two weeks is advisable. For larger builds, octonorm systems, or vehicle wraps, we'd recommend coming to us four to six weeks before your event date.
